Resetting Your Password in the ParentSquare App
1. Enter your email address on the login screen and select the Forgot Password? option that appears on the next screen.
2. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter your verification code and select Verify.
3. Enter a new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Select Change Password to submit your new password.
Resetting Your Password on the ParentSquare Website
1. Select the Forgot password? option within the Sign In box on the ParentSquare homepage.
2. Enter your email address and select Go.
3. A message will then appear that an email has been sent with further instructions to reset your password.
4. Within the email, select the Reset Password button
5. Enter a new password in both the Password and Password Confirmation fields. Then select Update Password.
If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please contact your school's front office to make sure your contact information is correct.
