Leadership Symposiums

The Quality-Plus Leadership Symposiums ensure a robust pipeline of leaders who can effectively meet the needs of diverse schools and communities.

During the Leadership Symposiums, teacher leaders engage in panel discussions, case studies, and interactive learning activities to gain an awareness of school leadership and its critical importance to improving student learning.

The Leadership Symposiums focus on the following QPLA leadership skills and behaviors: Instructional Leadership, Collaboration & Capacity Building, Communication & Meaningful Engagement, and Equity & Cultural Responsiveness.
