During a special called meeting on March 12, 2024, the Gwinnett County Board of Education approved the appointment of a new principal at Couch Middle School.

     Dr. Kendaya M. Jackson has been named the new principal at Couch Middle School. Dr. Jackson currently serves as assistant principal at Discovery High School. She replaces Capucina Douglas, the new principal of Shiloh High School.
