At its regularly scheduled business meeting on November 17, 2022, the Gwinnett County Board of Education (BOE) approved the appointment of a new principal at Alcova Elementary School.

• Ms. Jacquetta Baldwin has been named the new Principal at Alcova Elementary. Ms. Baldwin currently serves as Assistant Principal at Corley Elementary. She replaces Cortina Harris who is no longer with the district.
