At its regularly scheduled business meeting on December 14, 2023, the Gwinnett County Board of Education (BOE) approved the appointment of a new Chief of Staff for the Superintendent’s office and a new Executive Director of Financial Reporting and Treasury Services-Budgets.
Jorge E. Gomez has been named the new Chief of Staff for the Superintendent’s office. Gomez currently serves as Special Assistant to the Superintendent in the Superintendent’s Office. Nicholas Moore has been named the new Executive Director of Financial Reporting and Treasury Services-Budgets in the Division of Business and Finance. Moore currently serves as Senior Supervising Auditor for the State of Idaho, Legislative Office.
