Library Media Services

Library Media Services takes a leading role in fostering and enhancing school library media programs through an emphasis on reading promotion and innovative teaching and learning to support the district strategic priorities. Our dedicated team supports professional learning for school library media specialists to provide high quality instruction, programming, and events that cater to the needs of GCPS students, parents, and instructional staff members. In addition to professional learning, the Library Media Services department ensures the seamless integration of library media resources into the student learning experience.
