Anderson-Livsey (ALES) served as a pilot Pre-Kindergarten site. The ALES Pre-K Program consisted of two classes that allowed 32 Pre-Kindergarten students to receive a high-quality early learning curriculum and learning to prepare for Kindergarten.

Anderson-Livsey began offering the Play 2 Learn Program to engage and support families for children up to 5 years old. Each Wednesday, children and their parents worked with a certified teacher to learn key skills through play, including numbers, letters and sound recognition, motor skills, mathematics, and literacy.

Anderson-Livsey provided students, parents, and the community a variety of academic and cultural events during the year, including the Back to School Bash, Curriculum Night, International Night, Holiday Concert, Math & Literacy Nights, Black History Night, and Fine Arts Night.

Anderson-Livsey's robotics team, the ALES Connectors, won the Shiloh Regional Champions Award.

Anderson-Livsey 4th and 5th grade students participated in the Amazon Cyber Robotics Challenge to provide students the opportunity to learn the basics of computer science, code an Amazon Hercules robot, and learn how Amazon delivers goods. Twenty-five students received recognition for completing the coding training.

Anderson-Livsey collaborated with "Unruly SPLAT – Coding for Kids" to offer 3rd – 5th grade students the opportunity to use a cross-curriculum STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) learning tool to integrate coding games with active play and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

Anderson-Livsey offered K-5 students a variety of afterschool activities, including the following clubs, Basketball, Drama, Generals Math, Little Library Book Clubs, Running, Robotics, Sewing, Speech, STEP Team, Volleyball, and the Boys and Girls Clubs.

Anderson-Livsey continued to host its annual Career Day during which 26 professionals shared career pathways and work-related information, including in the areas of banking and finance, business and entrepreneurship, computer science/gaming, construction, cosmetology, hospitality, law enforcement, medicine and health services, and pastoral services.

Anderson-Livsey was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education with Operational status for the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS), a framework for fostering positive behaviors through recognition of students for exhibiting appropriate decision-making and behavior at school.
