  • All students at Chattahoochee Elementary School get the opportunity to take a Korean special. In these classes, they learn Korean culture and its language.

  • All students at Chattahoochee Elementary School get the opportunity to take a Computer Science special. In these classes, they learn the building blocks of how computers work, laying the foundation for further coursework that they will be able to take in middle school.

  • Chattahoochee Elementary School offers students the opportunity to engage in various clubs, including running, fitness, Harry Potter, chess, drama, Reader's Rally, modern band, art, ukulele/guitar, chorus, and robotics.

  • The Chattahoochee Robotics Team competed at the State Championships and won first place in Core Values. These core values focus on teamwork, innovation, and inclusion.

  • Chattahoochee Elementary School hosted a Heritage Night Event. Partnering with our community, we represented the food and culture of more than 38 countries, while celebrating the diversity that makes our community so special.

  • During the 2022-2023 school year, Chattahoochee Elementary School doubled our percentage of students served through our gifted program, from 7% to 14% of our students.

  • Chattahoochee Elementary Staff completed Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) training and developed a PBIS framework that will be fully implemented schoolwide during the 2023-2024 school year.

  • Nineteen Chattahoochee Staff members completed CHOA Project SAVE training. This training provided Chattahoochee Elementary students and staff with an Emergency/Medical First Responders team to increase school safety.

  • Chattahoochee Elementary School partnered with our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to host several events during the school year, such as a Harlem Globetrotters fundraiser, Sweetheart Dance, several movie and bingo nights, and Heritage Night. With community support and engagement, our PTA raised over sixty thousand dollars to support our school and the students.
