Cedar Hill Elementary School (Cedar Hill ES) offered enrichment opportunities, including 4th and 5th Grade Math Enrichment, After School and Saturday Extended Learning, Right at School after-school program, and Chorus.

We recognized students for academics, behavior, and leadership through several programs, including Cedar Hill's PBIS program, Academic and Good Citizenship Awards, President's Educational Excellence and Achievement Awards (5th Grade), Terrific Titans, Principal's Luncheon Awards, and 100 Book Club Celebration (1st Grade).

Cedar Hill celebrated our community by hosting an International Night and school celebrations during Black History, Hispanic Heritage, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage, and Women's History Month.

Our Chorus performed for the annual Cedar Hill ES International Night., and the Winter Holidays program at Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.

Cedar Hill offered a school-readiness program called Play 2 Learn for children ages 2–5. Children and their parents work with a certified readiness teacher twice weekly to learn skills through play, including numbers, letters and sound recognition, motor skills, socialization, mathematics, and literacy.

In Kindergarten through 5th grade, Cedar Hill students exhibited their artwork in Tapestry, a countywide art exhibition celebrating Youth Art Month in March.

A total of 29 English Language Learners exited ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) services last year because of their high level of English acquisition.

Cedar Hill supported parents through in-person and virtual monthly parent workshops, Meet Your Teacher Day, Open House, Literacy and Math Nights, and Parent-Teacher conferences.

The 4th and 5th-grade broadcast team produced a live, State of the Art news program daily.

Cedar Hill earned the Platinum Award for Exemplary Textbook Inventory.
- Cedar Hill Elementary School was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education with Operational status for its implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the last school year. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
